Eric Peters - Proprietor, Eric has been a prominent banker in the Sarasota surrounding area for over 30 years. 25 of those years at Bank of America doing Wealth Management/Lending and most recently was Market Executive of a Five Star Community Bank. In that position he was responsible for all deposits, lending , staffing along with generating total sales in the region. With a high level of expertise, developed the fine art of negotiating along with various sales and marketing skills. Very involved in the local community: Longboat Key, Sarasota, Manatee Chamber of Commerce, teacher for Junior Achievement, volunteer for many non-profits events such as All Faith Food Bank, Captain for two County Roads in the "Adopt-A-Road" program. University of South Florida Business/Marketing - graduate. Two grown children that just finished the Masters Program. Sarasota resident - From Bloomfield Hills, Mi.

OUR MISSION ESTATEMENT
Sheila Espinol - Proprietor, A native of the Philippines, came to Florida 13 years ago by way of Oregon looking to fulfill the 'American Dream' of running her own business. At first, she started a very successful 'Premier' cleaning business and then ventured into the exciting world of hosting 'Estate Sales'. This entailed all of the marketing, staging and running the entire production of the sale itself. Premier Estate Sales of Florida is an specialized off shoot of her current business to just handle a higher end of sales as demand has grown for this end of the business. Very much involve today in raising her two children she encourages them to also be entrepreneurs. Has a passion for cooking Asian meals along with traveling & discovering new destinations and attends many local charity events in the area communities for their fundraising efforts. College graduate of Technological Instutite of the Philippines with a degree in Electronic Communication Engineering. Resides in Sarasota County.
